This was the room that Georgina and Cristiano Ronaldo had prepared for their deceased son

Earlier this week, Cristiano Ronaldo and his wife Georgina Rodríguez announced the death of one of their twins, who lost his life just at birth. “It is with our deepest sadness that we have to announce the passing of our son. It is the greatest pain that parents can feel,” the couple wrote on social media.

Fortunately, the baby’s sister did survive after giving birth, so she is the reason that both Cristiano and Georgina have found hope and refuge in the midst of their pain.

“Only the birth of our daughter gives us the strength to live this moment with some hope and happiness. We want to thank the doctors and nurses for her care and support. We are devastated by this loss and request privacy at this difficult time. Baby, you are our angel. We will always love you,” they added.

Thus, after several days of what happened, Cristiano Ronaldo officially presented the new member of his family, thanking all the people who have been aware of this situation, as well as Georgina’s state of health.

“Gio and our little girl are finally with us. We want to thank everyone for all the kind words and gestures. Your support is very important and we all feel the love and respect you have for our family. Now is the time to be thankful for the life we have just received in this world”, wrote the Manchester United footballer in the publication that he uploaded to his social media accounts.

The entire family appears in the image: Cristiano, Georgina, Alana Martina (their first daughter), Eva and Mateo, who arrived by surrogacy in 2017; finally Cristiano Jr., who is the result of a relationship that his father had with a woman who is not publicly known.

Even with this happiness, the pain is still felt at home, especially after Georgina and her husband had everything ready for the arrival of not one, but two babies. It should be remembered that weeks before the death of her twin, The model had uploaded a couple of stories to Instagram in which she showed the decoration of the room in which the babies would live, at least their first months..

The images showed a fairly minimalist design, with the wall painted with some cream colors, as well as a large gray carpet that stood out peacefully with the rest of the room.

However, the protagonists of the decoration were, of course, the two cribs located in the center of the room, each with a white canopy above. Knowing that the ‘little people’ who came were twins and not twins, the couple decided to decorate each crib in relation to the sex of each baby. Thus, one of them had pink decorations, alluding to the girl who survived, and the other was painted blue, this being the one intended for the baby who unfortunately died.

In addition, Georgina had prepared two gray bassinets that were on a wooden pedestal and that had, according to speculation from followers, changing tables for babies, although these were still unarmed.

Finally, in the midst of so much comfort, the couple decided to also include two smaller beds: one pink and the other earth-colored, that they would surely occupy to have the twins close to them when they were out of their room.

According to information provided by the Spanish press, the two main cribs, the bassinets and the small beds, as well as the rest of the decoration, would have cost more than 2 thousand euros, that is, about 8 million Colombian pesos.
